Where is Pixel Pro Solution based, and do you have offices abroad? We are based in Calicut (Kozhikode), Kerala, India — Pixel Pro Solution is the trading name of Proxcelerate LLP, founded in 2023. We have no overseas offices; every international client is served remotely, which is exactly why our rates are a fraction of a local agency's for the same senior work.

Which countries do you work with? India and the six GCC countries are our home markets, and we work with remote clients in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and Singapore. Each has its own page below with time-zone overlap, currency and local specifics.

How do we communicate and how fast do you reply? Video calls on Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, and a shared WhatsApp or email thread for everything else. Our working day is 10am–10pm IST; during it you can expect a same-day reply, usually within the hour on WhatsApp.

Who owns the website, code and accounts? You do — your domain is registered in your name, hosting sits in an account you control, and on full payment every file and the source code are handed over. Analytics, Search Console and ad accounts are created under your own business login with us as a manager, so you can remove us at any time and keep everything.

How do you quote and how do we pay? A written, fixed-price quote in USD (or GBP, CAD, AUD or SGD on request) before any work starts, with milestones stated. Payment by card or PayPal. Ad spend is never routed through us — Google and Meta bill your own account directly.
