Shipping Policy

Pixel Pro Solution provides digital services only. As we do not deal in any physical products, no shipping or courier is involved. This policy explains how our digital deliverables reach you.
1. Nature of Our Services
- Pixel Pro Solution provides digital services — website design and development, digital marketing, branding, and related IT services.
- We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. There is no physical shipment associated with any purchase, and therefore no shipping charges apply.
2. Service Delivery
- All deliverables (websites, designs, reports, credentials, and related files) are delivered electronically — via email, WhatsApp, shared cloud links, or by publishing directly to the client's hosting/domain.
- Delivery timelines depend on the scope of the project and are confirmed in the project quote or proposal. Typical first previews are shared within 7–21 working days of receiving all required content and materials from the client.
- The delivery clock begins once the client has provided all necessary requirements (content, images, brand assets, access credentials, and approvals).
3. Delivery Confirmation
- On completion of a milestone or the final project, we notify the client through email or WhatsApp with the relevant links or files.
- Access to live websites and accounts is handed over once the corresponding invoice for that stage has been settled.
