Who owns the code? You do, or your client does, depending on your contract with them. We work in your repo and accounts. Once a job is paid, we keep no claim on the code.
Will you sign an NDA? Yes. We sign your NDA before you share anything about your client. If you don't have one, we send ours for you to check.
Will you ever contact our client? No, not unless you ask us to. Your client sees your brand, your email and your name. If you want us on a call with them, we join as part of your team.
How do you quote? Each job gets a fixed quote in writing before we start. If you send work every month, we can agree a monthly block of hours in writing instead. We don't publish agency rates because jobs vary too much.
What about time zones? We work 10am to 10pm IST. That is 4:30am to 4:30pm GMT in the UK winter and 5:30am to 5:30pm BST in summer, so you get answers the same working day. For US Eastern it is 11:30pm to 11:30am EST, which covers your morning.
What if a job goes wrong? Tell us what broke. If the written quote for that job includes a fix period, we fix our own bugs in that period at no charge. We agree the length of that period with you before work starts, so it is written down.
How do we start? Message us on WhatsApp or send an enquiry with one small task. We sign the NDA, send a written quote and start once you say yes.

Before you share a client name, a file or a login, we sign your NDA. If you don't have one, we send ours for you to check.

One small paid trial task
You pick a small real job. We quote it in writing, do it and hand it over. You judge the work before you send anything bigger.

A written quote for each job
Each job gets a fixed written quote. If you have steady work, we can agree a monthly block of hours in writing instead.

We build under your name
Our developer works in your repo, your staging server or your client's accounts. Your brand stays on everything.

Handover to you
You get the code, the logins we created and short notes on what changed. You present it to your client.
