Can you build a bilingual English/French website? Yes. We structure the site for two languages from the start (separate language URLs, hreflang tags, switchable navigation) and work with your French copy or a translator you trust. Quebec and federal-facing businesses usually need this; most others do not, and we will say so.

How does the time difference with Canada work? Our day is 10am–10pm IST, so Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal mornings (9am–12:30pm ET) are live overlap. For Calgary and Vancouver we schedule early-morning calls on your side and hand off finished work at the end of our day, so there is progress waiting every morning.

Who owns the website, the code and the accounts when we're done? You do — completely. Your domain is registered in your name, hosting sits in an account you control, and on full payment every file, the source code and all design assets are handed over. Google Analytics, Search Console and any ad accounts are created under your own business login with us added as a manager, so you can remove our access at any time and keep everything.

How do you quote and take payment from abroad? Every project gets a written, fixed-price quote in USD (or CAD on request) before any work starts, with milestones stated. You pay by card or PayPal — no bank wires to India required. Ad spend for Google or Meta campaigns is never routed through us; it is billed by Google/Meta directly to your own account.

Do you handle Google Ads for Canadian local businesses? Yes — Google and Meta campaigns run in your own ad account, billed to your card in CAD, targeted to the cities and neighbourhoods you serve. We recommend a minimum ad budget for your market and set expectations in writing before you start.
