Cancellation & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with our work. This Cancellation & Refunds policy sets out how cancellations are handled and when refunds apply for our digital services.
1. Overview
- This policy explains the terms under which a client may cancel a project or service and the circumstances in which refunds are considered.
- By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Cancellation by the Client
- You may request cancellation of a project by writing to us at info@pixelprosolution.com.
- If work has not yet commenced, any advance paid is refundable after deducting applicable transaction and processing charges.
- If work has already begun, the advance covers the effort and resources committed up to that point and is non-refundable. Any amount collected beyond the work completed will be refunded.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered only for the portion of the service that has not been delivered or commenced.
- As our services are custom digital work, deliverables that have already been designed, developed, or handed over are non-refundable.
- Monthly retainer or subscription services (e.g. digital marketing, maintenance) can be cancelled for future cycles; the current month is non-refundable once the cycle has begun.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs already incurred on your behalf — such as domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, licences, and ad spend — are non-refundable.
- Payment gateway and bank transaction fees are non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of confirmation.
- The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
